If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or its services.
Aim Up Agency ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing and paid advertising agency that provides lead generation and campaign management services exclusively to licensed life insurance agents and brokers. We are not a licensed insurance company, broker, or financial advisor. We do not sell insurance products.
Our services include, but are not limited to: paid advertising campaign creation and management on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, ad copywriting and creative development, audience targeting strategy, campaign performance reporting, and lead generation optimization. All advertising is conducted in compliance with platform policies and applicable advertising laws.
We operate in full compliance with Meta Advertising Policies, Google Ads Policies, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising. All campaigns we create and manage must adhere to these standards. Clients may not request ads that contain false or misleading claims, use prohibited content categories, or violate the policies of any advertising platform. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any campaign that we determine to be non-compliant.
Our advertising activities involving financial products (including life insurance) comply with applicable regulations including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
When running advertising campaigns, lead data collected (including names, phone numbers, and email addresses) is collected pursuant to our Privacy Policy. All lead generation forms, landing pages, and advertisements we create will include required disclosures and opt-in consent language as mandated by applicable law and platform policies. Client agrees to handle all leads in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any state-specific consumer protection regulations.
Clients agree to: (a) hold and maintain all licenses required to sell life insurance in their operating jurisdiction(s); (b) provide truthful and accurate information about their business and services; (c) not engage in deceptive, manipulative, or unlawful advertising practices; (d) promptly notify us of any regulatory changes affecting their business; and (e) comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including insurance regulations.
Aim Up Agency does not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue outcomes, return on ad spend (ROAS), or any other performance metrics. Advertising results vary based on factors including but not limited to market conditions, ad budget, audience targeting, platform algorithm changes, and the quality of client's offer. Any results referenced on this website represent past client experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Aim Up Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ad creatives and campaign assets created for clients become the client's property upon full payment for services rendered.
All fees are agreed upon in a separate service agreement prior to commencement of work. Payments are due per the schedule specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from and in addition to our management fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the business relationship, including but not limited to campaign strategies, pricing, client data, and business plans. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. We will transfer any client-owned assets (ad accounts, creatives, data) within a reasonable timeframe after final payment is received.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aim Up Agency's total cumulative liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Aim Up Agency operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
